Serving at least four styles of chili daily, Texas, Cincinatti,
Californian, and Vegetarian.
Texas style is made with your choice of diced beef / ground beef or a combination of the two.
Cincinatti has ground beef and pork plus the necessary eastern mediterranean spices, cinnamon, chocolate, and clove.
California style is more tomatoy chili and in this case is made with chicken instead of beef.
Vegetarian Style substitutes lentils for the meat. It has no fats, oils, dairy, or meat products.
Each Chili is served over pinto beans, black beans, long grain brown rice, tiny seashell pasta (we ARE a sea coast town), or any combination of any or all. We don't combine the different styles of chili because each one has a different combination of chili peppers and other spices which makes them incompatible flavors with each other.
You can order any of these chilis mild, medium, or macho or if you would like to have a significantly religeous experience we can arrange that.
